The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has launched a new system for students known as One Time Registration OTR. With the introduction of this feature, the candidate will no longer have to repeatedly upload his personal details / document / photo / signature. Will obtain Candidates can undertake One Time Registration OTR beginning on January 3, 2023, and this registration will be required in any future recruitment issued by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission.
उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग (यूपीपीएससी) ने छात्रों के लिए वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन ओटीआर नाम से एक नई व्यवस्था शुरू की है। इस सुविधा के शुरू होने से अभ्यर्थी को अपना व्यक्तिगत विवरण/दस्तावेज/फोटो/हस्ताक्षर बार-बार अपलोड करने से मुक्ति मिल जायेगी। अभ्यर्थी 03 जनवरी 2023 से वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन ओटीआर कर सकते हैं और भविष्य में उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा जो भी भर्ती निकाली जाएगी उसमें यह पंजीकरण आवश्यक होगा।

UPPSC OTR 2023 One-Time Registration Benefits / Details
- On January 3, 2023, the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Yogi Adityanath Ji, launched the UPPSC OTR service.
- The UPPSC One Time Registration (OTR) mechanism, which will be implemented by the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission on January 3, 2023, will benefit candidates greatly. The candidate will no longer have to provide his personal information for various selection examinations administered by the commission by using otr.pariksha.nic.in.
- The UPPSC candidate must only upload his or her photo and signature once. Personal information, photographs, and signatures can be changed and updated at any time.
- Following the completion of registration, the commission will validate the candidate’s details and documents, and those whose information is verified will be assigned an OTR number / registration information.
- उत्तर प्रदेश के माननीय मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी ने 03 जनवरी 2023 को इस यूपीपीएससी ओटीआर सेवा का उद्घाटन किया है।
- उत्तर प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग में 03/01/2023 से शुरू हुई यूपीपीएससी वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन (ओटीआर) प्रणाली से अभ्यर्थियों को काफी सुविधा होगी। Otr.pariksha.nic.in के माध्यम से अब अभ्यर्थी को आयोग द्वारा आयोजित विभिन्न चयन परीक्षाओं के लिए बार-बार अपना व्यक्तिगत विवरण नहीं देना होगा।
- यूपीपीएससी आवेदक को केवल एक बार अपना फोटो और हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करना होगा। व्यक्तिगत विवरण, फोटोग्राफ और हस्ताक्षर को संशोधित और अद्यतन करने की सुविधा हर समय उपलब्ध रहेगी।
- पंजीकरण पूरा होने के बाद, उम्मीदवार के विवरण और दस्तावेजों को आयोग द्वारा मान्य किया जाएगा और जिनकी जानकारी सत्यापित की जाएगी, उनका ओटीआर नंबर / पंजीकरण जानकारी जारी की जाएगी।
How to Fill Out the UPPSC One-Time Registration Online Form 2023/यूपीपीएससी वन टाइम रजिस्ट्रेशन ओटीआर ऑनलाइन फॉर्म 2023 कैसे लागू करें

- Step 1: Navigate to the website uppsc.up.nic.in OR otr.pariksha.nic.in (Direct Link Will Be Provided on This Page). Section of Useful and Important Links
- Step 2: Navigate to the Registration tab.
- Step 3: Students must provide basic information such as their name, father’s name, mother’s name, mobile number, email address, and the last six digits of their Aadhar card.
- Step 4: Check Your UPPSC OTR Profile Details and Submit Your Registration.
- Step 5: An OTP will be sent to the candidate’s registered email and mobile number, which he must enter.
- Step 6: After completing the registration process, the candidate will see the OTR ID on the screen. Candidates can now print and screenshot their OTR profile.
- Step 7: The candidate must now login. To login, the candidate must provide his mobile number/email or OTR id, as well as an OTP that will be sent to the registered email and mobile.
- Step 8: Modify the UPPSC OTR ID Password.
- Step 9: The candidate’s UPPSC OTR registration process is now complete; whatever new application is released, the candidate can apply from it, as well as view the history of previous applications.

- चरण 4: अपना यूपीपीएससी ओटीआर प्रोफ़ाइल विवरण सत्यापित करें और पंजीकरण सबमिट करें।
- चरण 5: उम्मीदवार के पंजीकृत ईमेल और पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर एक ओटीपी प्राप्त होगा, उसे दर्ज करना होगा।
- चरण 6: पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाएगी, उम्मीदवार को स्क्रीन पर ओटीआर आईडी दिखाई देगी। अब उम्मीदवार ओटीआर प्रोफाइल का प्रिंट और स्क्रीन शॉट ले सकते हैं।
- चरण 7: अब उम्मीदवार को लॉगिन करना होगा, लॉगिन करने के लिए उम्मीदवार को अपना मोबाइल नंबर / ईमेल या ओटीआर आईडी के साथ एक ओटीपी दर्ज करना होगा जो पंजीकृत ईमेल और मोबाइल पर प्राप्त होगा।
- चरण 8: यूपीपीएससी ओटीआर आईडी पासवर्ड बदलें।
- चरण 9: अब उम्मीदवार यूपीपीएससी ओटीआर पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया पूरी हो जाएगी, अब जो भी नया आवेदन आएगा, उम्मीदवार उसी से आवेदन कर सकता है, पुराने भरने वाले आवेदन का इतिहास भी वही से प्राप्त कर सकता है।
